A photo booth works best when it feels part of the party. Guests should be able to find it easily, jump into a picture together and leave with something they want to keep. The right choice depends on your venue and the kind of atmosphere you want.

Before you compare booth styles, decide what matters most to you: the look of the setup, room for group photos, printed keepsakes or a distinctive feature guests will talk about.

Start with the space

Ask your venue where a photo booth could go. It should be visible without blocking an entrance, a fire exit or the route to the bar. Think about where people will wait, choose props and collect their prints.

Our backdrop options are 8ft by 8ft. That is the backdrop itself, so you also need room for the camera, props and guests. Tell us about stairs, narrow doorways, parking and loading access before you book. A quick conversation at this stage makes setup much easier.

Choose between a backdrop and a Tuk Tuk

A backdrop booth gives you a studio style photo area with a choice of designs. It is a good starting point when you want the booth to fit the look of your celebration, or you would like group photographs with a clean background.

The Tuk Tuk is a feature in its own right. Guests climb aboard for their photos, and the booth becomes part of the room. It can be used indoors or outdoors, provided we agree suitable access and cover for an outdoor booking. Send us a photo of the space if you are unsure which option would work.

Check what your guests actually receive

Digital photographs are useful for sharing afterwards, but an instant print makes a lovely keepsake during the night. With our booths, guests receive printed photo strips and the person booking receives access to an online gallery after the event.

Our photo booth hire includes unlimited photos and prints during your booked time, a DSLR camera, props and an attendant. Ask about personalising the print design with your names, date, a message or event branding.

Plan the timing around your event

Think about when guests will be ready to join in. For a wedding, this may be during the evening reception, once dinner and speeches have finished. For a work party, leave time for everyone to have a go before people start heading home.

Share your timetable with us rather than guessing how many hours you need. We can discuss setup access, the busiest part of the event and how the booth will fit around your other plans.

Tell us the details that matter

Send your date, venue, occasion and approximate guest numbers. Mention your preferred booth, any access restrictions and whether you are planning an outdoor setup. We will check availability and help you work through the practical details.

A £50 booking fee secures a confirmed photo booth booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Checking a date on its own does not reserve it.
