HOW IT WORKS.

Who supplies your games?
The Games Zone is provided by Ultimate Party Nights, 4a Blenheim Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5AZ. For purchases, technical help, cancellations or refunds, email hello@ultimatepartynights.com or use our contact page.
What you are buying
You are buying prepaid credits for evening access to released UPN Windows games. This is not a permanent software licence or a subscription. Hardware, screens, speakers, prizes and an event host are not included. Games labelled “Coming soon” cannot be activated yet.
You can checkout without registering first. After Stripe confirms payment, we create your new account, add the credits and sign you in on the browser used for the purchase. Existing accounts use secure sign-in so purchases reach the correct account. A password email lets new customers set up access for future visits. Your email is verified when you use that email link. If payment is still processing, wait for confirmation before trying again. Your account records your purchases and balance.
Prices and credit packs
The starter pack costs £20 for 12 credits; the regular pack costs £54 for 36 credits; the pro pack costs £120 for 90 credits. Prices and the final amount payable are shown before you confirm payment. There is no automatic renewal. Unused purchased credits do not expire.
Pint Shuffle and other released supporting games use 3 credits per evening: the £20 starter pack covers four Pint Shuffle evenings. Larger packs reduce the cost per evening. Check each game’s current credit price before authorising it. Balls Out Bingo has separate purchase options on ballsoutbingo.com.
Your evening and computer
An evening runs from 6am on your selected date until 6am the following morning, UK time. Unlimited rounds and restarts of the activated game are included. Reopening that game for the same evening on the same computer does not spend credits again.
A collection evening covers available, compatible Games Zone games on one computer, up to a 12-credit total for that evening. Earlier individual game spending counts towards the cap. Separately licensed Balls Out Bingo access is not included.
You need a compatible Windows computer and an internet connection to sign in, download, link the computer and authorise an evening. A saved valid evening licence then works offline until it expires. A TV or projector and suitable audio equipment let your guests enjoy the audience display. Check compatibility before you buy.
You may link two computers: your main host and a backup. An activated evening is bound to its computer and cannot be transferred by removing it from your account. Contact UPN if equipment fails. Keep your account credentials private.
Cancellations, refunds and problems
Consumers buying online can cancel a credit-pack order within 14 days of purchase. Email us with your name, account email, order reference and a clear request to cancel. You may use the wording below, but do not have to. We do not require you to waive this cancellation right to buy credits.
For an eligible cancellation we refund the purchase to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Credits belonging to a refunded purchase are removed or placed under review so they cannot be spent again. Contact us if credits from the order have already been used or an activation is affected.
If a game, payment or activation does not work as described, contact us with your order and computer details so we can investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty digital content, are unaffected. Refunds and payment disputes may temporarily pause an account while its balance is checked.
